Cancellation Policy:
Please be aware that we operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged 100% of your treatment/treatments if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show on the day. If cancellation fee is not received, you will not be able to rebook an appointment until this has been paid.
Blue Light Discount:
All non-members with a valid Blue Light Card will receive 10% off all treatments in the Wellness Rooms.
New Member Discount:
As a new member you will receive an extra 10% off your first wellness treatment. Please show your welcome pack at time of the appointment so this discount can be applied.
Gift Cards:
All gift cards and Customer Credit are only valid 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used towards any treatment in the Wellness Rooms.
No Refunds will be given on any gift cards, vouchers or passes.
